1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we are unable not defer payment and send statements to clients.

2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.  %Little Mountain Veterinary Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the Medicard program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you a term of  6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years or 5 years. Meet The Doctor

Meet Dr. Banyard Dr Josephine Banyard graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Saskatchewan in 1981 and became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Dentistry in 2013. She and her husband, Dr Reynolds opened Little Mountain Veterinary Clinic 1995. Together they have been practising in the Chilliwack area since 1985. They have two grown sons.
